If you’ve been following along with me for a while, you may remember that I began my sourdough journey during the 2020 pandemic – when the rest of the world was hunkered down at home doing the same. After I got comfortable with the process, I started creating recipes and sharing with the world – YOU!

Making sourdough is truly a labor of love. You feed your starter every day just like a human being – LOL – (if you’re planning to bake with it soon) and then you’ll be blessed with beautiful loaves of bread. It really is the best tasting bread you’ll ever eat, and it’s super rewarding too.

Because I’m a spicy gal, our Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Bread is probably my favorite one. I toast it, add a slathering of butter, and then top it with slices of cheddar cheese. I know – MORE cheese please!

My hubby prefers our Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Bread because he favors anything sweet! It makes great French toast too!
