Recipe FAQs:

What kind of pomegranate juice should I use?

Use 100% pure pomegranate juice for the best flavor. Freshly pressed or bottled both work, but avoid sweetened cocktail blends.

Can I use pomegranate arils in the drink?

Yes! A spoonful of arils adds color, crunch, and a festive touch. They’re optional but make the drink look gorgeous.

Do I have to use copper mugs?

Copper mugs aren’t required. We rotate between regular cocktail glasses and copper mugs.

What type of vodka works best?

Any good-quality vodka works well. Use your go-to brand—nothing fancy needed unless you want a super smooth finish.

Can I make these non-alcoholic?

Absolutely. Just leave out the vodka and add a splash more pomegranate juice or ginger beer.

How much ginger beer should I use?

We normally use 2-3 ounces, but adjust to taste depending on how strong or spicy you like your Mules.

Can I make a large batch for a party?

Yes—stir together the pomegranate juice, lime juice, and vodka in a pitcher. Add ginger beer right before serving so it stays fizzy.

What garnishes work best?

Fresh lime wedges, mint, and pomegranate arils all look festive and add a bright, holiday vibe.

What if I want it sweeter?

Add a splash of simple syrup or a little extra pomegranate juice until it tastes just right.

Other Delicious Cocktail Ingredients:

We’ve got lots of choices for you to make the perfect cocktail for your happy hour or any gathering.
