- red wine vinegar
- orange juice
- pure maple syrup
- dijon mustard
- shallots
- salt and pepper

How to make Maple Dijon Dressing:
Step 1
Combine ingredients. In a large mason jar, combine the ingredients – extra-virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, orange juice, pure maple syrup, dijon dressing, minced shallot, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

Step 2
Shake vigorously. Place lid on the mason jar and shake vigorously. Set aside for salads or place in refrigerator for later.
Store leftover salad dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake or whisk before serving.
