1/2cupextra virgin olive oil
2Tablespoonsred wine vinegar
2Tablespoonsorange juice- freshly squeezed or bottled
1Tablespoonpure maple syrup
1Tablespoondijon mustard
2teaspoonsminced shallot
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper- to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients.
