Famous La Scala Chopped Salad
The Famous La Scala Chopped Salad is a beloved Italian-style chopped salad that originated from La Scala restaurant in Beverly Hills. It’s known for its simple yet flavorful combination of ingredients, and you won’t be able to stop eating it!

Best Italian Salad
It’s no secret that Italian salads are our favorites. So when I saw this going viral on social media, I knew I needed to make it at home asap. It’s definitely 10/10!
I made a few slight adjustments to the original recipe. Because I feel red onion is a must in most salads, I added that plus a extra punch of flavor in the dressing. Feel free to adjust as you wish.
Have you ever been to Beverly Hills? Put La Scala on your list of restaurants to try and order this salad. Their entire menu looks heavenly.
