Deconstructed Burgers take all the elements of a traditional burger and combines them in a bowl instead of assembling them into a sandwich. This low-carb meal is fresh and delicious and is topped with a creamy dill pickle ranch dressing!

4oz.cheddar cheese
1 ½cupcherry tomatoes- halved
3cupsiceberg lettuce
1cuppickled red onions
1cupdill pickles
dill pickle chips
Ranch Dressing:
1/2cupmayonnaise light
1/4cupsour cream
1/4cupplain Greek yogurt
2Tablespoonsdill pickle juice
1Tablespoonsfresh dill
1Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper- to taste
Instructions
Make dill pickle ranch dressing. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients – mayonnaise, sour cream, plain Greek yogurt, fresh dill, dill pickle juice, lemon juice, and seasonings. Use a whisk to combine well. Store dressing in a bowl or a mason jar and chill until serving.1/2 cup mayonnaise light, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tablespoons fresh dill, 2 Tablespoons dill pickle juice, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Make the beef mixture. Heat up a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, diced onions, Worcestershire Sauce, and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper).Stir the beef frequently until cooked completely through. 2 pounds ground beef, 1 small yellow onion, 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Prepare the remaining ingredients. Add the other burger bowl ingredients to individual bowls – the tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, pickled red onions, cheese, dill pickle slices, and dill pickle potato chips.1 ½ cup cherry tomatoes, 3 cups iceberg lettuce, 1 cup pickled red onions, 4 oz. cheddar cheese, 1 cup dill pickles, dill pickle chips
Serve. Add the burger ingredients to individual serving bowls. Top with the creamy dill pickle ranch to serve.
