Ingredients
3/4cupplain greek yogurt
1/4cuplight mayo with olive oil
3Tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
1/4cupcilantro- packed
2Tablespoonspickled jalapeños- or about 10 slices
1/2largelime- freshly squeezed
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoononion powder
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper- to taste
cold water to thin- if needed
Instructions
Combine ingredients. In a small food processor, combine all ingredients – the yogurt, mayo, olive oil, cilantro, jalapeno slices, seasonings, and lime juice.3/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup light mayo with olive oil, 3 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup cilantro, 2 Tablespoons pickled jalapeños, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1/2 large lime
Pulse ingredients. Run food processor until the dressing is well combined. Add cold water if needed to thin.cold water to thin
Transfer dressing to a jar (or bowl). Use a spatula to transfer the dressing to a mason jar or serving bowl.
Serve. Serve jalapeño ranch dressing with a variety of Tex-Mex dishes.

STORE dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week.
