This Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette is a simple and incredibly flavorful homemade dressing made with just a handful of pantry staples that comes together in minutes and tastes so much better than anything from a bottle. Drizzle it over your favorite salads, use it as a marinade, or serve it as a dipping sauce — it is endlessly versatile and absolutely delicious!
1/2teaspoongarlic powder- or use freshly minced garlic
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper- to taste
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and whisk well. Pour into a mason jar.1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 ½ Tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
This vinaigrette will thicken slightly as it sits. Shake the jar vigorously.
Notes
