Frozen Berry Overnight Oats are a simple, no-cook breakfast made by soaking oats in milk and yogurt overnight and then allowing them to soften and absorb the flavors. This version includes frozen berries, pure maple syrup, and granola in addition to dairy. Top these on-the-go breakfast jars with fresh berries or other toppings of your choice!
Combine dry ingredients. Use four 2-cup mason jars and add the dry ingredients to each jar - 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal and 2 teaspoons chia seeds to each.2 cups old fashioned oatmeal, 8 teaspoons chia seeds
Then add the wet ingredients. Add the following wet ingredients - 1/2 cup of frozen fruit, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, one tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1/2 cup of milk - to each jar. Then stir everything together.2 cups frozen berries, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 4 Tablespoons pure maple syrup, 2 cups 1% milk
Chill oats. Add lids to jars and then place the oats into the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
Add toppings to serve. Add toppings of your choice to the jars of overnight oats to serve - granola, fresh fruit, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, nuts, peanut butter, or whatever you like. Stir well.top with granola and fresh berries
Notes
Overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. Stir well before serving.
Overnight oats are designed to be eaten cold, but you can warm them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes if you prefer.
