Ingredients
1cupespresso or strong coffee
1 3/4cup2% milk- or your favorite milk
4-5Tablespoonspumpkin puree
2Tablespoonspure maple syrup- or more for a sweeter latte (or you can use regular sugar, if desired)
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonpumpkin pie spice- or as much as you like
a sprinkle of cinnamon plus cinnamon sticks- to serve (optional)
frothed milk- optional
Instructions
Make the coffee. I use an espresso machine and make a double shot. You can also make strong coffee in any machine or pot.1 cup espresso or strong coffee
Blend ingredients. In a blender, combine the brewed coffee, milk, pure maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth.1 3/4 cup 2% milk, 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 4-5 Tablespoons pumpkin puree, 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Heat up lattes. Pour the latte mixture into a pan and place over medium heat. I recommend cooking it over medium heat to avoid boiling and whisk while it heats up.
Serve. Pour hot mixture into mugs, add some frothed milk (optional), a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!frothed milk, a sprinkle of cinnamon plus cinnamon sticks
Notes
I prefer to use espresso in these lattes, but if you don't have one, just brew some extra strong coffee. You can also use cold brew since that's usually a stronger coffee.
