Instructions
Prep cucumber. Finely dice the cucumber, and then squeeze the excess moisture out (if necessary) with some paper towel.1/2 medium English cucumber (about a cup)
Mince the dill. Remove the smaller branches of dill and finely dice it.
Combine ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cucumbers, dill, seasonings, and fresh lemon juice. Top with a drizzle of olive oil.1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 1/2 Tablespoon fresh dill, 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh garlic), kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Notes
This Tzatziki Sauce is great on top of Greek bowls, or used as a dipping sauce for veggies and pita chips.
This sauce will stay fresh for about three days, stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
