Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl - the oatmeal, almonds, pecans, cocoa powder, and sea salt.3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, 1 cup slivered almonds, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon sea salt

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry, stirring to mix well. Pour the granola on the prepared baking sheet, spreading to all sides of the pan.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or longer if needed. Remove the granola and let it cool for 20-30 minutes before breaking it apart with your hands. Then add chocolate chips.1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
