Instructions
Combine ingredients. In a large blender, combine vanilla ice cream, Kahlúa, and cream de cocoa. Blend until combined.
Add ice. Then add 10 ice cubes and continue blending until creamy.
Store. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container. The drink will be pretty soft so we like to let it freeze for a couple of hours before serving.
Repeat. Repeat with more batches, if desired. If you're prepping for a large gathering, make several batches in advance.
Serve. Spoon Kahlua cocktail into your favorite cocktail glasses to serve. Add some shaved chocolate, if desired.
Notes
These frozen cocktails will freeze well up to three months if stored properly. Make them early and enjoy all season long!
Add festive garnishes like chocolate curls, cinnamon, or a drizzle of caramel sauce. You could also rim the glass with crushed cookies or cocoa powder.
