This Creamy Italian Dressing is a zesty dressing for so many of our favorite salads. Add it to spinach salads, quinoa salads, and pasta salads. So many great choices for this healthy dressing!

Ingredients
1/2cupolive oil
1/4cupred wine vinegar
1Tablespoondijon mustard
2teaspoonsgranulated sugar
1/2teaspoonoregano
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakes
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper- to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mason jar. (You’ll need a one-cup jar.)1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Shake vigorously to combine.
Drizzle on salads or sandwiches. Also a great veggie dipper.
Some people prefer to use a small food processor to make their own salad dressing recipes. You could also combine in a small bowl and use a whisk to combine.
Notes
Store this dressing in a separate container (like a small jar) in your refrigerator for up to two weeks.
If the leftover dressing gets thick, just set it out on your countertop beforehand or warm it in the microwave for just 10 seconds or so.
