Burrata Toast is a simple combination of burrata cheese, avocado, tomato, and egg - all arranged on a simple piece of toast. So colorful and delicious and makes the perfect breakfast!
Prep toppings. If you're making hard-boiled eggs, you a prep those in advance. Otherwise, scramble or cook the eggs the way you want them. Prep the avocado. Drain the cheese (as it's packaged in liquid) and let it set out for about 20 minutes so it's easer to spread, chop veggies.
Make the toast. Add a couple slices of toast to your toaster right before you're ready to eat. Toast to your liking and add a butter spread.
Add toppings. Then add toppings to the toast in any pattern you like. Then add a good dash of salt, pepper, or Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Notes
Take the burrata out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes to soften slightly. This will make it easier to spread on the toast.
Serve the burrata toast immediately while it's still warm, either as an appetizer, snack, or light meal. It pairs well with a glass of wine or as part of a brunch spread.
