Best Creamy Corn Casserole is an old family recipe, consisting of just six ingredients. Simple and indulgent, this one is usually on a special occasion menu at our home.
Mix ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, creamed corn, and the cornbread. Add the beaten eggs, sour cream, and melted butter – and mix well.30 oz. whole corn (canned), 30 oz. creamed corn (canned), 17 oz. cornbread mix (2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix), 4 large eggs, 16 oz. sour cream light, 1 cup unsalted butter
Add to a casserole dish. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 casserole dish and use a spatula to smooth to all sides.
Bake casserole. Bake the corn casserole in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes, or until done.

You can easily make half of this recipe for a smaller group. But leftovers are really good!
