Frozen Kahlúa Cocktails are an old family favorite, combining ice cream with Kahlúa, Creme de Cocoa, and ice. Simple, festive, and a delicious after-dinner drink for the holidays or any time of year!

Ingredients
1/3cupCreme de Cocoa
1/3cupKahlúa
10ice cubes
4cupslight vanilla ice cream- two pints
shaved chocolate- to serve
extra dash of Kahlúa- to serve
Instructions
Put liquors and softened ice cream in blender. Pulse until well blended.
Add ice cubes and blend again until it's pureed into the mixture.
Pour into four glasses and top with another small dash of Kahlua, and some shaved chocolate.
Notes
Add the liquid ingredients to the blender first, to make it easy to blend.
Soften your ice cream slightly. I like to use the microwave for this, but don't melt it!
Make sure the ice gets well blended. You don't want large ice chunks in the cocktail.
The shaved chocolate on top is for presentation purposes only.
Repeat recipe, and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
