Ingredients
1mediumbanana
5.3oz.vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2cupmilk
2cupsfrozen blueberries
1cupfresh blueberries
1Tablespoonpumpkin seeds
1Tablespoonsunflower seeds
2teaspoonschia seeds
Instructions
In a blender, combine the banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and frozen blueberries. Blend until fully combined. This mixture should be slightly thicker than a regular smoothie.
Pour the smoothie mixture into two bowls. Top with fresh blueberries and seeds. You can use other nuts or fruits if desired, or even granola.
