Ingredients
8oz.strawberries
20mint leaves
4-6oz.freshly squeezed lime juice- from 4-5 limes
42oz.Sprite - or 7-Up
a splash of club soda- to serve
Instructions
Squeeze the limes. Use a citrus press to squeeze the limes. You’ll want 3-4 ounces of lime juice or even more if you like extra tartness.
Combine fresh ingredients. In a large pitcher, combine fresh mint leaves, fresh strawberry slices, and fresh lime juice.20 mint leaves, 8 oz. strawberries, 4-6 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
Muddle. Use a muddler to muddle the ingredients until the mint is fragrant, about 10-15 seconds.
Add Sprite. Pour the Sprite into the pitcher and stir well.42 oz. Sprite
Prep glasses. Fill tall glasses with crushed ice (or any ice). Add a splash of club soda and some thinly sliced lime rounds to each glass.a splash of club soda
Pour mocktails. Pour the strawberry mojito mocktails into the prepared glasses. Garnish with some fresh mint.
Notes
You can prep these about an hour in advance and chill the pitcher in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
If you like extra tartness, feel free to add additional lime juice.
