Ingredients
1/2cupunsalted butter
3/4teaspoonkosher salt
2-3clovesgarlic- minced
1Tablespoonchives- diced
Instructions
Let butter sit. Place the unsalted butter on your counter until it comes to room temperature.
Mix ingredients. Then add the other ingredients to the softened butter - minced garlic, diced chives, and kosher salt. Use a hand mixer to combine the ingredients until very well mixed.1/2 cup unsalted butter, 2-3 cloves garlic, 1 Tablespoon chives, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Form a log. Place the butter on some cling wrap and squeeze it into a log.
Chill. Roll the garlic butter up in the wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Serve. To serve, spread it on bread for garlic bread, use it as a flavorful base for sautéed vegetables and/or pasta, or melt it over grilled meats for added richness and flavor.
