Ingredients
1/2cupmayonnaise
3Tablespoonsketchup
1Tablespoonyellow mustard
2teaspoonsdill pickle relish
1teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1/4teaspoonEACH garlic powder, onion powder
freshly ground black pepper- to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients. Combine all the burger sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl – the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, dill pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 Tablespoons ketchup, 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard, 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 teaspoon EACH garlic powder, onion powder, freshly ground black pepper
Whisk ingredients. Whisk the ingredients together until very well combined.
Add to a jar. Add the burger sauce to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
In addition to adding this sauce to burgers, it’s incredible as a dipping sauce for fries and onion rings, spread on sandwiches and wraps, drizzled over deconstructed burger bowls, or used as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders.
To make this sauce spicy, add a teaspoon of sriracha, a pinch of cayenne pepper, or a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce to kick up the heat. Start small and taste as you go!
