Ingredients

  • 6 oz. burrata cheese - 3 rounds
  • 16 oz. heirloom cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves - sliced thin
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic glaze - may want to add extra
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste
  • thinly sliced bread - toasted, to serve

Instructions

  1. In a serving bowl, arrange halved cherry tomatoes. Break open the burrata cheese rounds with your fingers, and nestle them into the tomatoes. 

  2. Top with thinly sliced basil, balsamic glaze, olive oil, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

  3. Serve with thinly sliced bread, cut into pieces. Enjoy!
