bubbly sourdough starter milk water sugar bread flour sea salt water & honey (to boil)

Use a sourdough starter.

Make the dough.

Do stretch and folds.

Start the bulk rise.

It should double in size.

Get ready to shape.

Cut int0 8 pieces.

Shape.

Form holes.

Boil & add toppings.

Bake.

Cool.
