But, I recently found out that I’m not getting enough protein in my diet and decided I’d try it, with Greek yogurt (17 grams of protein in 2/3 cup). I added a tablespoon of pure maple syrup (GI value 54, low) and Bear Naked Granola, Triple Berry (another 7 grams of protein). It was delicious, almost as good as a cheese filled Danish.
