Ingredients
For the blueberry smoothie:
2cupsfrozen blueberries
1/2largebanana
5.3oz.blueberry yogurt
1Tablespoonfresh lime juice
2teaspoonschia seeds
milk- enough to thin
For the mango smoothie:
2cupsfrozen mangos
1/2largebanana
5.3oz.vanilla yogurt- or plain
1Tablespoonfresh lime juice
2teaspoonschia seeds
milk- enough to thin
Instructions
For the blueberry smoothie:
Add all blueberry ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth. Add milk to thin.
Pour blueberry smoothie mixture into three mason jars (or other glasses).
For the mango smoothie:
Add all mango ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth. Add milk to thin.
Pour mango smoothie mixture on top of the blueberry smoothie layer.
