1cuplower-sodium chicken broth
1cupketchup
1/3cupmolasses
1TablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1Tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1Tablespoonyellow mustard
1Tablespoonliquid smoke
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspooncumin
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper- to taste
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue to cook until the sauce reduces by approximately 1/3.
Store the sauce in the refrigerator, for approximately two months.
