2cupsfrozen fruit- any kind
1mediumbanana
5.3oz.yogurt- any kind
4teaspoonsAcai powder
3/4cupmilk
1 1/2cupsfresh berries- or any fresh fruit
2/3cupsgranola- my homemade granola
1Tablespoonchia seeds
Instructions
Using a blender, combine frozen fruit, banana, yogurt, milk, and Acai powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into two bowls. Top with fresh fruit, granola, and chia seeds. EAT!
