chicken onion & jalapenos seasonings green chiles pinto beans salsa verde Greek yogurt pepper jack cheese whole wheat tortillas

Shred chicken.

Saute veggies.

Combine filling.

Add salsa verde.

Prep baking dish.

Add filling to tortillas.

Add to dish.

Top with cheese.

Bake enchiladas.
