Butternut Squash Soup with Bacon


butternut squash olive oil salt and pepper bacon onion & garlic carrots & celery cayenne pepper cinnamon chicken broth half and half

Peel & dice squash

Roast squash.

Cook bacon.

Saute veggies.

Add liquid & squash.

Puree soup.

Add half and half and bacon back.

Serve with extra bacon.
