I love when I have all the ingredients at home. Made today for tomorrow so all the ingredients can sit in. I will add jalapeno to mine afterwards so not spicy for dad. When reading your recipes I get excited about cooking. So simple and good!!

I will make this and give him a big bowl of rice on the side so he can make into a hot dish instead of soup. Great idea to make your own taco seasoning. I can my own tomatoes and beans so this will be a great dish to use them in.

Hi Mona. I always make this recipe on the stove top because it’s so easy and the canned goods are already cooked. I recommend that you try it on your stove top!
