Hi Marcia,
It brings tears to my eyes to read that, she so loved cooking/baking with family and others. I’m sure it made her so happy!! Wish she could still do all that, but Sue is doing a great job of keeping the memories alive for us.

I feel exactly the same, amazing!! I’m making that salad too, and am going to make the butternut squash soup again soon. I would like more healthy comfort food type recipes since it’s still “winter”. I know, I live in California so it’s never really winter. 🙂
