					<description><![CDATA[I know the reasoning behind using chuck meat, but it is too fatty for me.  Anything else I can use, or any way to use a less fatty meat that won&#039;t be to tough?  Or cooking low and slow would make a less fatty meat work okay?  I&#039;d love to try this recipe!]]></description>
