Many years ago I got a packet (yes a packet) of sourdough starter when I visited my sister in San Francisco. Made some tasty breads but it was maintenance that I just didn’t have the diligence for at that time in my life. Looking forward to your recipe and hints!

I was gifted a sourdough starter so I’m on my third week of baking round boule loaves. Great taste; need to improve overall appearance (spring, crust). Refrigerate my starter & only feed/bake on weekends.
