Love these! Made them for Christmas again this year, with mint oreos just like we always do. This is an easy one for Abigail and I to help with, and we like the creamy filling best of all. (We try to sample it when we can.) The oreo truffles are always on our priority list for Christmas “baking”.

We modified this for Christmas, using mint Oreos instead. Love them so much, we make them every Christmas. So easy, with crunchy outside and soft inside. A++

I usually use a spoon and a fork to dip them. Roll them around in the chocolate with a spoon and then remove with a fork, shaking off the excess chocolate as you do! Good luck!
