It tasted good but I wasn’t fond of the crunchy ice in it. Next time I won’t put ice in.

Made these for both family Christmas and NYE parties and they were a hit with the adults. Of course, all the kids wanted milkshakes, too, so son-in-law obliged them with a non-alcoholic versions. I still have a bit in my freezer now for special post-holiday desserts.
Note: I discovered that my local grocery stores only have the clear kind of creme de menthe, so I had to shop at a beverage specialty store to get the green colored kind. A liquor store would work, too, but more expensive.
