As a general rule, I don’t make soup until we go below 50 degrees, but the whole family is dealing with colds/sore throats so I made an exception. It was a good choice! The whole family really enjoyed this soup. Definitely more flavorful than regular chicken noodle.

Made this recipe and it was so delicious, I didn’t even add noodles! I did use rotisserie chicken, and it was a breeze to make.
