Another fantastic ice cream recipe! I think at this point I may as well try every one that you create. I do have a question though. Some of your ice cream recipes call for the milk and cream to be heated together before tempering the eggs and other recipes call for just the milk to be heated and the cream to be added in after tempering the eggs. Is this just a personal preference or does it make a difference depending on the flavor being made?

The fudge comes from the “fudge brownies”.
