Served this sald along with the candied pecans and delicious apple cider vinegar dressing with our Christmas dinner. It was a huge hit. So good!

It is summer time and always looking for a good pecan salad recipe. I think I found it. I am not much of an onion fan but the rest is right up my alley. The sweet and tangy apple cider vinaigrette should put this over the top. I need to go get the Craisins. Thanks for sharing.
